Rad Soap Co. Natural Deodorant

When asked to conceptualize and execute a redesign for Rad Soap Co.’s line of natural spray deodorants, I wanted to strip off the trendy frills and move the line in a bold and straightforward direction. 

Challenge:

  • The original designs were youthful and fun but lacked cohesiveness with the brand as a whole. 

  • The brand logo was not visible on the front of the bottle. 

  • In a market dominated by roll-on and solid stick deodorants, highlighting that this product is still a deodorant was crucial.  

  • The products needed to stand out from the well-known household names on the shelf while calling attention to their natural, aluminum-free ingredients.

Solution:

The approved concept combined solutions for all concerns while keeping the young, whimsical feel that was successful in the original designs.
